Our app generates and stores images in our database. These images include Māori words or short phrases and their corresponding definitions. We do not collect any personal identifiable data from users, and users are not required to provide any information to use the app. But Access tokens, which are used for authentication, authorization and app installation within the workspace, may be stored securely to enable user access and interactions with the app.

Information Usage

The images generated/sent by our Daily Te Reo Māori App are solely intended for display within the dedicated Slack channel. We do not share or disclose any user-generated images with third parties.

Data Retention Policy

The images generated by our Daily Te Reo Māori App are stored in our database for historical reference purposes. We retain these images to maintain an archive of past Māori words or short phrases generated by the app. All other retained data will be securely deleted from our database upon removal, rendering it irretrievable.

Data Archival/
Removal Policy

Users will not have access to their data after removal. Data will be permanently deleted. We maintain a historical archive of the generated images in our database. However, if you have concerns about any specific image you would like removed, please contact us, and we will address your request promptly.

Procedure for handling requests for data deletion

Removing the app from the workspace will delete all relevant data associated with the workspace and other related details. Additionally, to request the deletion of workspace data, please contact us at hello@na.studio

Data Storage Policy

Data is backed up daily, with backups retained for 30 days to ensure data integrity and availability. The images generated and sent by our app are stored securely in our database. We have implemented appropriate security measures to protect the stored images from unauthorized access.
